Sarah Helm
Say hello to Sarah – who is all about leadership, learning and maximising human development and potential , and is co-founder of AIplusMe. She’s happiest with a coffee in hand, camera at the ready, and her running shoes nearby .Sarah helps people grow and lead with confidence – always blending clarity, empathy, and a sense of adventure.
Sarah brings over two decades of experience designing and delivering leadership, coaching, and behavioural development programmes.
She specialises in helping people build the curiosity, confidence, and emotional intelligence needed to lead through change, ensuring AI adoption feels human, inclusive, and inspiring.

Marketing Strategist & AI Consultant
Meet Clare – co-founder, strategist, and storyteller. She believes AI should feel as human as a good conversation (ideally over a cup of tea). A lover of colour, creativity, travel, and her loyal dog, Clare brings both imagination and insight to every project – usually armed with a handful of pens and big ideas
With more than 20 years in marketing and communications, Clare helps organisations harness AI to boost creativity, productivity, and engagement.
She brings a strategic, business-focused lens to AI adoption, translating complex concepts into simple, actionable strategies that work.

Meet Oscar - content designer, creator, and entrepreneur in the making. When he’s not designing content or dreaming up new ventures, you’ll find him skiing down a mountain, cooking up something delicious, or watching (and playing) football. With A-levels in Business Studies, Economics, and PE, he’s set to take his passion for innovation to Exeter University next year to study Business and Management. Oscar brings fresh ideas and creative flair to AIplusMe
